• Buyer: The individual completing an order through the website

Upon order confirmation, the buyer acknowledges acceptance of all terms and product conditions.
Tradesailshop guarantees the delivery of purchased items as described, within the specified timeframe.
In case of defective or incorrect products, the buyer has the right to request repair, replacement, or refund within the legal period.
