Returns & Exchanges
At tradesailshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as intimate apparel or used personal care products) may not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
